And, we know there is more to wellness than exercise but, how do you do ALL THIS WELLNESS while having energy left for the people you love most? Even more, how do use your wellness to fuel your child’s wellness and encourage them to develop thought patterns and behaviors that will help them be their best selves?
These are big questions and it looks different for each family. Whether you have a budding soccer star, a picky toddler, a sassy pre-teen, are struggling with disordered eating patterns or have a child with an eating disorder, have GI issues, or are struggling to get the whole family into a fitness routine, we can help! Maybe you have signed up for a race and want to role model healthy training! Or, perhaps you would like your tween to see food in a healthy light rather than adopting the “skinny ideal.” The list goes on, and trust us, we’ve seen it all if we haven’t experienced it in our own family!
At Beyond the Miles, we know that your time is valuable! But, we also know the lengths you go to optimize your family’s wellness. We have options that are online and can be done when it’s best for you. But, we also offer professional services tailored specifically to you and your unique needs!
Our 1:1 sessions are designed to gather information from YOU so WE can spend A LOT of TIME outside the sessions creating plans SPECIFICALLY for YOU! Rather than only providing you with information IN the session, you have your very own Dietitian and Psychologist researching and creating plans to meet your needs while you do other things!
Our coaching groups provide you with an affordable way to have access to us alongside others AND you get access our 16 module course! This is an excellent choice for teams who are interested in going through the training together. We can tailor the sessions to the specific sport!
Our PERSONALIZED Race/ Match Day Plan is super simple and just requires you to fill out a quick questionnaire in order to receive a customized-to-YOU plan! This is great for kids who are moving into a more competitive stage of their sport and need help with confidence, easing nerves, and figuring out a nutrition plan.
Our courses can be done on your own time and at your own pace and provide a wealth of information on Sports Psychology and Sports Nutrition for not just runners, but athletes or aspiring athletes!
And, lastly, our social media accounts, newsletters, meditations, and podcasts are the cherry on top! Free information sprinkled into your training!
